The hotel is ideally located, close to Altstadt and major attractions, with very clean rooms and a lovely restaurant. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making for a comfortable stay. However, there was a slight delay in finding the right room size. Value for money was fair.

The hotel's location is amazing, right in front of the train station, making it really helpful if you have lots of luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we had requested a rollaway bed for our child which never arrived. The dining options were delicious with numerous choices, and the service was friendly, professional, and helpful.
